52.32 Oh please. Oh please. Oh Please.

Sometimes it’s just fun to posit human expressions into (anthropomorphise) our animal companions.

52.32

Oh Please!

“There’s no place like home. There’s no place like home. There’s no place like home….”

- Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz

52.31 A stolen conversation.

Out of the blue came an old gentleman with 5 dogs; large, medium and small. The looked in need of a bath, the dogs I mean, but had laughter in their eyes. As he ties them up to go to the market he has some conversation with them.

52.31

“Stay. Be good. Now give me a high five.”
At least that’s the conversation in my mind.

52.30 Do you see what I see?

I not sure what I’m doing here. It;s something to do with the lines and patterns.
Maybe you guys and girls could tell me.

52.30

It feels like a nice winter day.

52.29 Pandas of Adelaide!

I would recommend anyone to visit the Adelaide Zoo at least once. Little cute and obnoxious kiddies or no, it’s a good place for an escape.

52.29

We’re going to the zoo, zoo ,zoo. How about you, you, you?

52.28 Anticipation.

It was a day out in the wine country and a pit stop at a local culinary legend for ice cream!

52.28

Looking at this picture again and again, I imagine my camera slobbering.

52.27 Cosy Country.

So today is TUESDAY. It’s the month of the perpetual Tuesday. And my P 52 backlog is longer than the list of health hazards of drinking bleach. So here’s to bringing things up to speed.

My shots might start to look weird; I’m still getting used to the 50mm 1.8.

52.27

This is one of those typical shots. But I liked the feeling of cosiness.

And Time marches on.

The pages fill with lengths of ink,
They don’t really mean anything.
People pass with smiles and grins
And Time marches on.

Weeks on end the wrenching wend
a worming barbed knife.
Meandering placid, as it reached the core
to settle evermore

Like dripping sunsets in mirrored pools
lie marred by watery skies.
The trees keep time as leaves float by,
And Time marches on.

Time looked in with eyes unseeing
a cup of tea in hand.
We sat awhile, or was it forever?
With Time it was hard to tell.

Another year, I’m still back here
but everyone is gone.
Hearts buried and spirits dead,
Still Time marches on.

Photos will be uploaded on Tuesday evening, stay tuned.

52.26 When all we knew was wonderous.

52.26

“…When I can look at life in the eyes,
Grown calm and coldly wise,
Life would have given me the Truth,
And taken in exchange – my youth.”

- Sara Teasdale, Wisdom

52.25 Que sera, sera.

Hello World. How ya been? You seem to be bleeding badly from your bowels.

Please get well soon.

When Life Ceases

Will this be our future?
Rusted sculptures as our only connection to a life we once knew.

52.24 and cafe camping.

I realised i forgot to post up week 24′s shot. I think the mix of crappy sleep and cafe camping is the cause of this. Why am i cafe camping? I need the scenery to do work.

Anyway, here’s 24 taken from the constant route I trod reluctantly to my neighbourhood cafe.

It’s an interesting reminder.
